Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Most of our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.  However, if your treatment plan includes a federally controlled substance (e.g. testosterone), you should expect your order to require a signature.  

We'll send you an automated email with shipping and tracking information as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy so that you can plan accordingly.
